School Assembly

The morning school assembly is one of the most important aspects of day –to-day curriculum. This is because the school lays great emphasis on exposing students collectively to the fundamentals of school education. The school, however, in its bid to make the assembly relevant, makes it interactive and interesting. The main objective is to develop universal value-based themes such as love, peace, truth, cooperation and respect. It is conducted by the school choir group and attended both by the teachers and students. The essential elements of the assembly are patriotic songs and religious prayers. Students put up their performance through introspective passage, poems, recitation, newspaper reading, quiz and staging skits on social themes to give vent to their creativity. Special assemblies are organized on major national days and festivals of the country.
